Order take out! LOL! you poor thing, having to cook while you cleanse. At least it can be nice to smell nice smells.. it's also a good opportunity to cook what you don't like that they like.

Actually, a cleanse should not make you lose a lot of weight. Since you're resting your body, your metabolic rate lowers remarkably. It's like a bear hibernating in winter. They live off their fat for MONTHS and you're only fasting for 10 days!

If you really want to lose weight, follow your fast wtih a liver flush. That will cleanse the liver so that it is better able to metabolize fat, and then you'll really see some great weight loss. :)
