Question about laxative tea

Hello, everyone!

I've done the MC once in June for 10 days and lost 18 pounds. I've started the MC again last Monday, and have lost 22 pounds so far! YEAH! I intend to do it until December 15th. I'm still getting hungry, but after I drink the "lemonade", the hunger abates. I am missing food terribly, though.

Question:

Am I supposed to drink the laxative tea once or twice a day? I read a couple of articles that suggest drinking the tea twice a day instead of once at night. I've been drinking it at night, and getting good results in the morning. Do I necessarily need to drink the tea twice a day? Thanks!
