The Liver is Key! (Prove me wrong)

I've had acne since I was in my early teens, and lately I started breaking out somewhat worse than normal. Through various periods in my life it would get better, then worse.

Primarily, I get acne on my neck and back, and lately, it's been especially bad on my back.

I got interested in Hulda Clark 's information when I was attempting to cure my girlfriend's Gallstones and allergies simultaneously. (She was, and is, too chicken to do a Liver Flush and ended up having surgery which resulted in complications and didn't even solve the problem).

Since then, I've diversified my knowledge about health a lot, and I'm now going into a physiology program at the University of Alberta.

The last month or so was especially bad for my acne, and I also started getting sore upper throat (right where the nose and throat connect), which developed into a cough. I decided that I'd better do something about my health before it gets any worse.

I started to really restrict my diet, built a zapper and used it daily for a couple of weeks, and tried to avoid anything contaminated with toxins (as per Hulda Clark's recommendations). I had immediate improvement, and I think that the main thing that made a difference was the removal of soap and shampoo from daily use. I normally eat healthy (although by no means perfect) so I know what effect changing my diet to an extremely restricted "detox diet" has. It helps, but is usually not entirely successful in ridding myself of acne.

The main problem, so it seems, is that I seem to have no tolerance to chemicals that are in soap. I even tried using some "natural" olive oil soap, with no additives, and it seemed to cause me to break out. (I've got great photographic documentation of my skin problems if anyone wants to look... I'll post it on http://www.fullspec.ca/health/ if anyone asks)

One day I cut my hair (to make life simple for lack of shampoo) and since it was a little sticky, I used lots of the olive oil soap, and over the next couple of days, several new blemishes appeared, when I had been clean for almost a week.

Later on, I tried using Hulda Clark's borax soap, and rinsing with citric acid, but over the next couple of days, a few blemishes formed. Apparently that has ill effect too.

It seemed like I had some kind of an allergy to soaps, or perhaps almost any foreign chemical, so the thought occurred to me that my liver isn't up to snuff... it isn't doing its job of detoxifying these things from my body.


Today I completed my first liver flush, and despite always thinking my liver was in such great shape, I got ~34 pea-sized stones out, and several smaller ones... they smelled horribly foul, and this morning I woke up with leg aches that I haven't gotten for a long time... I used to get them all the time, and when I stopped using so much shit on my body (i.e. commercial laundry soap, and fluoridated toothpaste) they more or less went away. Apparently my liver was full of crap, and I released it into my system when I flushed it. That would be a good thing. I'm looking forward to seeing how well my various problems do from now on.


I believe that optimizing the function of the liver is so totally important to overall health and the function of the immune system, and we are fortunate that it is as simple as drinking some Epsom Salts , olive oil, and citrus juice to help facilitate this. I now believe, especially from what I've read here, that a series of liver flushes would really help most people who have acne that seems to be a reaction to specific foods or chemicals. If this is the case... if you're allergic to "innocuous substances" (as my Immuno-Biology text claims), then it is because your liver isn't doing its job in the first place, not because your immune system is genetically defective.

I'm interested in hearing people's comments on this, and I'd like to say that I am now prepared to dedicate my life to learning more about the function of the body, etiology of diseases, and the source and mechanisms that can facillitate true, everlasting health.
