  My 4 year old daughter told me her 13 year old brother has been poking her in the "weewee" with his finger. She said her clothes were on.   Presently the medical establishment defines CFS as a DISEASE that is viral or biologically based without a cure available. There is currently research being done on CFS and depression. That research and many others like it seem to overlook or hide hi-tech factors of these epidemics. Today's research seems to be looking toward "the biology" to develop drugs for a solution to this epidemic.   Okay, now I'm confused...   I just read another site which claims that real gallstones sink in water and that the stones from the flush aren't real gallstones.  The thing is, I want to continue with the flushes, whatever they are because I felt so good two days after the flush... like REALLY good, like I haven't felt in years.  It would be great if there were some independent studies on all this.   It has been a long time since I have posted and visited CureZone. Sometimes being busy and healthy causes us to forget where we have been. I did my first liver cleanse almost two years ago now after having 5 severely painful attacks and the doctor saying that there was no way except to have my Gallbladder out. I am writing this to offer encouragement to those who may be facing the same thing I did.   Two yrs ago I found out my gallbladder was only 14% effective from a HIDA scan that was performed although the gallbladder only showed "slush" in the ultrasound. I posted to this board and asked for advice.
  I am quite the skeptic not only of the medical world but also the holistic one since some of the stuff seems like it would be so self-focused to do all this stuff and there are so many different ideas. However, for the last two yrs I have been "flushing".   About three months ago I went out with some friends to a pizza place. Late at night I started feeling an acute back pain that got stronger and stronger. I was taken to hospital where I was diagnosed as having a gallbladder attack.
  I saw three different "conventional" doctors who all said that the only thing to be done was SURGERY.
  I resisted and started looking for alternative options of treatment.

  To be honest, I have not seen any real evidence that Lecithin is a miracle food. Being processed the way it is, it lacks in life force and, therefore, has only limited value. Real food, handled with love and care, has far superior healing effects. ..... continue reading
