• Allergies, sinusitis, concentration problems, bowel problems
  I was born with horrible skin allergies and rashes, for which I was given steroids. I continued to have skin problems throughout life. I developed bad allergies early in life as well. I was lethargic, shy, un-athletic and withdrawn. I was constantly sick. Had occasional headaches. By college and law school I had full fledged sinusitis. I had a huge gut and digestive problems. Could not focus, always had bowel problems. After law school I was functioning on steroids, allergy meds, Advil and lots of coffee, but I was getting worse, and fast. I was not even 30 years old. It started to ruin my career, and then I knew I had to do something.

  I had posted earlier indicating poor results from my 3rd flush. A couple of late bowel movements later and more sludge and green pea sized clumps fell out. I would guess about 30 in total with chaff.

  My sister has done four liver flushes. She is a nurse working and living in Mexico. Last time I called her on the phone, she told me that, in one of the shift that she worked, the hospital had a gallbladder surgery. She was very curious to see the stones that they took after the surgery.

  I have been on the Cleansing Trail over two and a half years. Last year I did a 28 day MC. It was a great experience and, combined with colonics, helped my body to do much good work. I lost over 45 lbs., the "adult acne" I have been  struggling terribly with is virtually gone, and the skin all over my body is soft and moist and smooth.  My vision has improved dramatically, and I feel light, clear and joyful physically, mentally and spiritually.

  I stopped flushing several months ago after a series of 3 really mediocre flushes getting out next to nothing. I had gotten a slight improvement in fat digestion and I thought I was done with liver flushing. Boy was I wrong!

  2 weeks ago I prepped with a lot of apple jc/malic acid, and a fair period of fasting that 1st day. Those results were not as impressive, however quite acceptable. A fair shake of small stones and a load of sludge and some chaff.

• Eat it - stop cancer
  Researchers from the University of Illinois at Urbana have determined that eating broccoli and tomatoes together may offer better protection against prostate cancer than eating either vegetable alone, reports Reuters. Why? Mixing the compounds from the two foods could have a synergistic effect.

• I beat Fibromyalgia!!
  Headaches, fatigue, brain fog.  Leg pains, eye pains, all those pains, severe and disabling.

  was feeling bad after my 1st flush and the forum talked me into doing another one after just 5 days. I was not expecting to see much of anything in the way of stones since it had not been long, but I got about 150 very small stones and 20 or so pea sized ones. The pressure in my liver seems to have gone away, which was why I did this one so soon.

  It's been exactly one week since my 11 year old soon to be 12 in a couple of weeks took her first flush. The oil was in her for only an hour and a half. She had, underscore, had a hard marble sized lump on her arm for over three months. Its located on the outer side around the bicep.

• Finished 30 days on MC
  I just finish 30 days on the master cleanse and I have never felt better, my joint, skin, and my whole body is healthier, I recommend this to anyone who has the drive and the willpower to last. The plus side of this is the weight loss and I'm eating healthier now.

• The Biliary Pump (Gallbladder)   by spleenpain
  The more I have learned about the gallbladder the more I'm convinced that it is much more than just a bile storage tank as doctors often refer to it. Perhaps a better term for the gallbladder is biliary pump or biliary heart. I think part of it's function is to draw bile out of the liver that would other wise become stagnant and form stones.

  I have been impressed by the number of parents who are taking their children off the drugs and switching to more humane remedies. I wanted to share a little of our experience, for whatever it will be worth to others.  My son was diagnosed with oppositional defiance disorder at 4, ADHD at 5, Asperger's at 8, and developed "tics" at 8.5. We gave him all the traditional drugs that his doctor's consistently informed us are the only realistic treatments, as others are not accepted in the medical community and are only placebos for desperate parents.

• I figured out something about GERD  
  I was having severe, constant reflux and little stuck burps for two weeks. Nothing seemed to help. I was taking Pepcid Complete twice a day, and it wasn't doing anything. I remembered a doctor friend of mine saying (during a casual phone call) "Gee, maybe you have a hiatal hernia."

• dark circles under eyes  
  I can tell you that in my own family, my kids and I used to have dark circles and many other problems which are now gone, (the circles are long gone!).   An investigator for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has captured video of workers abusing chickens at a major supplier plant for KFC. Employees were caught throwing live chickens against walls and kicking them.
