- Rebounding: A superior exercise for the lymph system by Owen
A rebounder is a mini-trampoline. It's circular, maybe 4 feet in diameter.
You stand on the rubber mat, and gently bounce up and down. I've owned a
rebounder for 20 months, and it's the best piece of exercise equipment I've ever
owned. I bounce up and down gently for at least 10 minutes every day. Since I
live alone, mine sits in my living room. It's always instantly available;
nothing to set up, nowhere to drive, no concerns about weather. Rebounders also
come in versions that fold, so you can store them out of sight.

- Flu Vaccine Still Contains Mercury
Parents convinced that their autistic children suffered neurological damage
as a result of vaccines felt vindicated once manufacturers agreed to remove the
preservative, called thimerosal, from their products for children. They are
outraged all over again now that the government wants babies immunized against
the flu. The vast majority of flu vaccine supplies contain thimerosal.
The decision to recommend the influenza vaccine for children 6 months to 23
months old came after last winter's devastating flu season in which 152 children
died. Although the federal government maintains there is no connection
between childhood vaccines and autism, many parents of autistic children remain
convinced of the link, and researchers have turned up tantalizing clues that
support the possibility.

- Smallpox: Bringing a dead disease back to life
Watch closely: the two diseases - cowpox and smallpox - are completely
distinct conditions. Hadwen explains:
"What is cow-pox? It is a disease which
occurs on the teats of cows; it only occurs when they are in milk; only in one
part of the body, and naturally only in the female animal; it results in an
ugly chancre; and is not infectious.
Small-pox, on the other hand, is not limited
to the female sex as is cow-pox, nor to one portion of the body; it presents
different physical signs, and, furthermore, is tremendously infectious, and
the course and symptoms of the two diseases are totally different. Therefore
there is no analogy between the two." [5]
Hadwen wrote this 100 years ago, but his objections are
still valid. Doing a taxonomic check today in a standard index of viruses from a
National Institutes of Health database [21] readily points out that cowpox is
caused by a virus called Orthopox vaccinia and smallpox is caused by a virus
called Orthopox variola. These two viruses have different sizes, genetic
sequences, and characteristics. To pretend that cows get a version of smallpox
called cowpox is bizarre enough - but then to say that people who get the same
disease are immune to smallpox is simply fantasy.

The Maker's Diet by
Jordan S. Rubin
-
Just finished reading The Maker's Diet myself.
I think I must have every book ever written on alternative diets that claim to
improve health. But I'll have to say, this is the first one to really make
sense. And I've studied alternative medicine just on my own for about 18 years.
If you will notice, Jordan has a lot of regular foods in his diet...in fact,
MOST of them are every day foods ... the difference is ... THERE ARE NO
ADDITIVES !!!!!
What did our grandparents eat, and our great grandparents?
They ate a lot of
what we eat NOW ... except, they GREW THEIR OWN vegetables, and fruit, raised
free range chickens...but back THEN, they weren't CALLED "free range" ... they
were just the "chickens out there roaming the yard" (ha-ha)...when they wanted
MEAT...which, by the way, was probably almost every day... they just went out in
the country side and brought home a rabbit, or deer, or turkey, or they
processed their OWN beef or pork.
I am head over heals in love with the message in The Maker's Diet...and I think
if a person followed it to the letter, they would see profound improvement in
their health in no time at all.

- Apple Cider Vinegar
Cider vinegar is a powerful detoxifying and
purifying agent. It breaks down fatty, mucous and phlegm deposits within the
body. By breaking down these substances it improves the health and function of
the vital organs of the body, such as the kidneys, bladder and liver, by
preventing excessively alkaline urine. It also oxidizes and thins the blood,
which is important in preventing high blood pressure. This powerful potion also
promotes digestion, assimilation and elimination, all the while neutralizing any
toxic substances that enter the body. Cider vinegar has been found to neutralize
any harmful bacteria that may be found in certain foods. When a mixture of cider
vinegar and water is taken before a meal (particularly food served in
restaurants or at picnics where the preparation or duration of food left
uncovered and not refrigerated is questionable), it seems to prevent diarrhea or
digestive upsets.

- Rice Bran has Strong Anti-Cancer Properties. by Owen
But only recently did I learn that rice bran is the CORE INGREDIENT in three
of the most popular and well-respected, anti-cancer supplements on the
alternative health market: IP-6, AHCC, and MGN3. IP-6 also contains a healthy
dose of Inositol, part of the B-complex group. And AHCC and MGN3 contain
medicinal mushrooms, like Shitake and maitake.
However, what struck me in a moment of epiphany, was that ALL THREE of these
cutting-edge supplements, are built around an extract of rice bran! Suddenly, my
mid-day yogurt looked an tasted a whole lot better than it had.

- The Joys of Solitude by Owen
Some of us were just meant to be alone. If you learn to love solitude, as I
have, then what seems like a curse, becomes a blessing. I am perfectly content
with my own company. The only time I ever feel uncomfortable is when I'm with
people who are full of negative-energy. Then I get "lonely" for my solitude! And
when I get back into my own space, I thank my guardian angels for getting me
home.
I never feel lonesome. I never look out the window wistfully, and think that
Life is going on somewhere -- and that I've been excluded. Never!
For most Americans, the two most frightening words in the language are "home
alone." To be home alone, without TV, computer, cell-phone, radio, etc, is most
people's worst nightmare. They'll do ANYTHING to prevent being left alone with
their own thoughts -- including mindless driving just to kill time.

Agoraphobia and Panic Disorders by Grog
Many people who suffer from panic attacks go on to
develop agoraphobia, a severely handicapping disorder that often prevents its
victims from leaving their homes unless accompanied by a friend or relative - a
"safe" person. The first panic attack may follow some stressful event, such as a
serious illness or the death of a loved one. (The agoraphobic often doesn't make
this connection, though.) Fearing more attacks, the person develops a
more-or-less continual state of anxiety, anticipating the next attack, avoiding
situations where he would be helpless if a panic attack occurred. It is this
avoidance behavior that distinguishes agoraphobia from panic disorder. Two
different types of anxiety appear to afflict the person with agoraphobia - panic
and the "anticipatory anxiety" engendered by expectations of future panic
attacks.

Pascalite clay bath by rudenski
I have been preparing myself for the last two days
by drinking a concoction of rice milk and about 2 lbs of cilantro. I read
somewhere that heavy metals may settle in our feet. I would suggest putting clay
on your feet also. I don't have any sesame oil so I am going to substitute aloe
vera. I am going put it on my head also and hope to grow some hair on my
thinning scalp.
Undress in your bathroom, and fill your tub with about 4 inches of hot water, as
hot as you can stand it. Have 1/2 of your 5 pound powdered Bentonite clay in
your old mixing bowl handy, so that you can reach it from the tub. Get in, and
allow your body to get warmed up in the hot water. This will open your pores.
Next, get your bowl of powdered clay, and start adding water to it, enough to
make a nice mud mixture.

- Fluoridation: No Benefit, Another Study Shows
Dental examinations of 4800 South Australian ten- to fifteen-year-olds'
permanent teeth reveal unexpected results - similar cavity rates whether they
drink fluoridated water or not, reports Armfield and Spencer in the August 2004
"Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology"(1).
Children sampled lived in fluoridated and nonfluoridated metropolitan and rural
areas of the Australian state, South Australia.
Collected rainwater, or tank water, is the main non-fluoridated (non-public)
water source for 37% of South Australians, 8% drink bottled water. The public
water supply is fluoridated in Adelaide, South Australia's capital city. The
rest of South Australia is predominantly non-fluoridated, the authors report.

- Healing Clay Baths - Facts & Fictions by EytonsEarth
First, the myth:
The statement that clay will change color if heavy metals are being eliminated
in the body is a MYTH. The only time this will occur is if enough metal is
pulled out of the body to react with the clay itself, and in a form that causes
what we suspect is an oxidation reaction with the clay. This discoloration is
rare. The confirmed case on our eytonsearth.org website was a case where the
individual went from being in a coma to completely healthy by utilizing pure
French Montmorillonite in baths. There was no discoloration of the clay.

- Re: parasite treatment fear of wormwood?! by copperhead
I'm replying to your letter because you mentioned you had concerns about losing
weight from the cleanse, well my G.F. is also small and was losing weight and
after 2 weeks on the herbs her appetite came back, my higher grocery bill can
attest to that. She put on like 2 pounds which was good 4 her. We all 4 passed
rice looking particles and all 4 of us have lived with dogs at 1 time or
another. I believe I passed the most and I have lived with a dog for 16 years of
my life.

- Zapping/Fscan Knee arthritis, borna virus, TB virus...
I have recently had almost crippling knee pain, this residual from a knee
injury (hyperextension) from kickboxing aerobics back in 98. I had been doing
GREAT after some N.C.R. and NMT from Dr. Salas, considering that here in
Ukraine, since my June relocation to here, I have NEVER done so much walking in
all my life! But alas, I ran out of TRANSFER FACTOR (which I have shipped to me
by family member), and the old viral and parasitical attacks ensued on this
injured body part of mine (which I think I read from Dr. Clark about this...
viral and parasitical infections/reinfections seem to attack or infest weak or
injured body parts... ie. those filled with pollutants as well... etc.).

- Help with Chronic Pancreatitis by tishie
My husband has and acute and chronic
Pancreatitis for the past year, due to drinking. I'm happy to say that he hasn't
had any alcohol since his first attack. The doctors have done every test
possible and can't find any other reason for the Pancreatitis. He has been
eating a very low fat diet (30 grams per day) and is taking Ultrase digestive
enzymes. He never has a day without pain.
