This definition is stupid and dangerous, cause it puts focus on visible symptoms while neglecting the fact that psoriasis is a
disorder of the inner body.
Psoriasis is a diet, lifestyle, liver and gut disorder.
Candidiasis may also be one of
many underlying problems associated with Psoriasis. If you improve your

Psoriasis may appear in many different forms and can affect any part of the
body, including the nails and scalp. Psoriasis is categorized as mild, moderate,
or severe, depending on the percentage of body surface involved and the impact
on the patient's quality of life. Psoriasis is categorized in several types:
plaque psoriasis, pustular psoriasis, erythrodermic psoriasis, guttate psoriasis
or inverse psoriasis.

The History of Psoriasis

Although the name psoriasis is in use since 1841, the actual condition of
psoriasis was first talked of by the Greek Physician, Hippocrates who lived
between 460 and 377 BC. The condition has indeed been around for a very long
time.
Psoriasis was again mentioned in the first century by Cornelius celsus, a Roman
author. Celsus described it as the fourth variant of impetigo, a condition
caused by staphlococcus pyogenes. This condition appears as red patches with
watery blisters on the skin.
Joseph Jacob Plenck (Vienna 1776) wrote of Psoriasis as being amongst the group
of desquamative (scaly or scale like) diseases. He did not delve further to
differentiate it from other dermatological conditions.
The English dermatologist, Robert Willan (1757 ~ 1812) recognized psoriasis as
an independent disease. He identified two categories. Leprosa Graecorum was the
term he used to describe the condition when the skin had scales. Psora Leprosa
described the condition when it became eruptive.
In 1841 Ferdinand Hebra, a Viennese dermatologist worked on Willan's notes and
was the first to ascribe the name 'psoriasis'. It was Hebra who described the
clinical picture of psoriasis that is used today. The hereditary factor of
psoriasis had already been established by this time.

I had my gallbladder removed 20+/- years ago and up until this year I had a
slight case of the runs all of that time. Doctors said this was a common result
so I lived with it.
Guess what, I stopped drinking milk and my runs are gone. I drank milk all of my
life before the surgery with no problems. I still eat ice cream and yogurt with
no problem but I don't eat as much of those products as I did milk.

- This book proves that Psoriasis, a chronic inflammatory skin disease, as
well as Eczema, can be alleviated, controlled and even healed in a natural

I started to follow the diet in this book in October, 2003 and I just recently
went to Florida on vacation and wore shorts for the first time in years.
I had tried every cream and UV treatment available. My dermatologist said the
only thing I could do now was to try the oral medications. I chose not to go
down that route because of the risk involved in pregnancy. After having my
first child my psoriasis spread from just my calves and elbows to my back and
head. With much frustration I began searching the Internet for anything that
would help. I found this book on a website and order the book from Amazon
after reading it from cover to cover I started the diet. After 6 months the
only remaining area with psoriasis is the lower part of my legs and that is
nearly gone.
The book was easy to read and the instructions are very clear. If you are
frustrated with all the treatments your dermatologist has prescribed try this
and you will be satisfied. It is not easy and it will take a while before you
see the results but believe me my before and after pictures are as dramatic as
those in the book. I only followed the diet, drank the tea and took baths in
Epsom salt, I did not follow the other regimens in the book but these three
worked for me. Oh and I lost 54lbs along with my psoriasis.

This book has DRMATICALLY changed my life. I've had scalp psoriasis since 3
years and it got worse as a result of many factors. I had a hunch that something
was aggravating my condition, but lacked medical knowledge to substantiate my
views. Finally I have access to a book that gives many answers to my question. I
now that I should never have any children because I could pass on my condition
to them and it could be worse for them to bear. After trying the things
mentioned in this book my psoriasis has reduced by nearly 60%.I have to comb my
hair only once a day now, earlier it was twice as I had to get the flakes off.
On certain days I feel that I never had psoriasis in the first place. The book
mentions certain dietary supplements which can greatly reduce psoriasis. After
exercising regularly (as the book advices) I feel great! Thank you Lisa

knowledge that it has given me, I have found relief on feet and hands from this

It was Christmas Eve 1985. My fiancé, his little boy, my best friend and her
new boyfriend went to see Christmas lights. I can't go into all particulars of
this part because it's too draining. To make a very long story short, my
friend's new boyfriend was driving. There was major flooding in our area. He had
