I have most books on "our" subject, but this is one that the only "alternative" doctor close by (Sacramento, CA) that I would see has adopted the protocols in this book, by and large.

Since you have completed the dental work, including the removal of a root canal tooth, you are probably OK in the need for a TOP NOTCH alternative dentist in N California....

I had Three of the four wisdom teeth "sites", since they were removed in 1979, show up as serious "cavitation" sites. I had one completed, and the root canal extraction and ran out of money.

As you know, sixteen years of downward spiral, and that from a guy who has never used alcohol, smoked, and has taken herbs and clean water for many years, can utterly destroy your life's savings.

I need to have those other cavitations redone before I can ever hope to get totally well, but there are two things that have helped immensely, but I am unclear as to the proper way to bring them into a discussion , since this is a non commercial site.

I have tried just about everything. OH, another powerful leap in improvement took place after we had the extremely effective metabolic testing by Dr Harold Kristal in San Rafael..

Like Dr. Kelley thirty years ago, Dr. Kristal is/was a dentist, but with stage three cancer about ten years ago. In large part, the metabolic testing helped him a great deal, so he studied and has become very very helpful to many.

A major problem exists in "alternative" care, since people forget that the field is made up of humans, just like Medical Doctors. There are good and bad in all fields.

And the ideas that take root and become "cast in concrete" are no different in alternative people, since they are human and subject to pride and greed.

EVERY Guru tells you, as an example, that fruits and vegetables are alkalinizing to the body, and meats and carbs from flour, etc are acid forming.

I had almost killed myself for thirteen years, gettin WORSE and not better, no matter how many tens of thousands of dollars we spent...each of us suffer the same thing. I juiced so many carrots and beets and you name it that I wore out one Champion juicer and you don't wear THOSE babies out!

Worse and worse. I found my daily notes and Ph readings that I took in 96 and 97 and it was hard to remember how enraged and fatigued I kept getting, despite following the guru rules.

Dr. Kristal altered my diet, in order to alkalinize me, to a choice of about five vegetables only, NO pastas, carbs of that nature, almost no fruit at all, but you will love this:

A Rib eye steak...every day if possible, or sub other steak, etc at least twice a day.

That was to alkalinize me.

AND IT DID. His first patient to go to a perfect 7.46 blood ph in thirty days!

A few supplements. About one tenth of the old days...

Then we discovered this other product from Canada, have taken it for ten months and see major improvement in my wife, moved up faster when we added the liquid product five months ago.
