ou :( i didnt know that fruit sugar make it worst so dont you eat fruits at all???? and about the rice im eating integral rice do you think its ok or maybe i should eat something else instead.
my acne was improving but then i got weak and drinked milk for a week and it my face is worst now ah i also ate cookies :( :( :( but anyway now i stoped that and im doing the diet again because it helped me a lot
what do you get for breakfast? i think is the most hard thing for me because without bread or milk i get hungry i eat an apple and strawberries
