but someone once told me that nightshade vegetabkles are bad for acne i dont know if that is true and the nightshade vegetables are: Nightshade Vegetables include potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, pepinos, cape gooseberry, Chinese lanterns, tomatillo, ground cherry, naranjilla, tree tomato, garden huckleberry
do you have some information about that?
and about the sprouts which sprouts are good? and do i have to eat them raw? and do you eat eggs maybe eggs without yolks?
