OK, going to finally get this diet and enema started. I am ready and willing to try anything at this point.

There isn't a lot of activity on this board, that kinda scares me somewhat. I hope people really have been successful with this.

I am willing to try anything before I am put on predinsone!

I have UP - limited to my rectum. This week I started eating the vegitables list and following some of the diet procedure - as well as probiotics and kefir - a glass in the morning. Stool has improved greatly! but blood still appearing, just less in amount.

I am still confused about the natural vitamin E. I have Dr. Weil's Vita E with mixed topherols? I hope it is the right one- it was recommended to me at Whole Foods.

Can anyone update this success long term with this??
