I mean, if you use the zapper improperly and don't finish zapping, you can "let out" different kinds of parasites which live inside of the larger parasites. It's like if you have tape worm and the tape worm has a cold virus, then when you kill the tape worm if you don't go back and kill the cold virus, you can get a cold. That's why the instructions are to do the 3 sets of 7 minutes each (they are actually killed in about 4 minutes) it's just a safety precaution. You won't always have more parasites inside of each other, because they build up over time. Hope this helps!


P.S. The Zapper always comes with directions, but believe you can read more detailed instructions in Dr. Clarks book. (There is a free online copy of it somewhere out there!)
