Don't be depressed.Your doing fine,From passed experience with others,your colon will be healed(CURED).I try to make it as clear as possible on how important it is to your diet not to eat one wrong food and keep to the procedure diet.
You just proved the point.The colon heals slowly and yours is still in an irritated condition.Any wrong food will open a healing colon sore.Four days is not a very long time.No SCD bread.
The experience you read was just my first experience.The diet and vitamin E used were not the best.However,I did heal but it took me 1.5 years instead of months.I tried to add this information to the bottom of the posted experience later but was not allowed to.It was posted further up on this page.
