Acne cure with acidophilus

I am a newbie here but have read many of the forums on this site. I just wanted to add a recent success of my own. Just under two years ago I started to get acne (male, late twenties). Never really had that much as a teenager so i was a bit annoyed with it to say the least.

The acne did not leave even through changing my diet. I even tried a few liver cleanses whic did remove loads of stones but the acne never went. I finally decided to try probiotics and hey presto, no more acne. It has been 9 days now and still clear. So there you have it. If you've taken antibiotics recently and have developed acne, check out acidophilus. It needs to be a decent brand and also kept in the refridgerator.
