MSM got rid of mine....

just thought i'd post that - MSM (methyl-sulphonyl-methane) 1000mg twice a day started to clear it after a week or so, it was totally gone after 1 month (MSM helps to cleanse the liver). I had very stubborn acne which started at age 23ish when i went on a detox including Kelp supplements - kelp brngs acne out in some people. it was the bane of my life and i tried dangerous mediaction including Dianette(birth control) and Minocyclene (minocin), both of which gave me horrific side effects and resulted in permanent health issues that i'm still trying to recover from. They didnt even make a dent in the acne, no difference.
MSM was the only thing that worked. I know it doesent work for everyone but its worth a try - just thought i'd post this because i know how it feels to be trying one thing after another and nothing works, and i know how happy i was to find the thing that did finally work.
