I started B5 about a month ago "10 grams a day in 4 doses" and I must say "It is doing the job" I've used accutane twice before with good results, but the side effects were awful. My face does feel tight now just as if I were using the accutane. I'm using lotions to counter that. I'm very happy with the results.
PS I have suffered from cystic acne that's why I was given accutane, so the B-5 works on it as well as minor acne. Feel free to ask me questions Good Luck Mike
