Your diet is good,however,no almonds,peanut butter or bagel.For now,no Digestive advantage or enzymes.Your filtration system will not remove any concentration of heavy metals.If possible,use distilled water.Many stores sell it for less then $1.00 a gallon.Any wrong ingested materials will keep irritating the colon and prevent healing.Stay with a food and liquid intake which experience has shown worked.Use one multi-vitamin/mineral tablet plus one 500ml of vitamin C (ester C is best)and selenium these additions will make the vitamin E more effective.Also buy some Omega 3 oil.Since your colon seems extra sensitive and not absorbing nutrients efficiently,I will suggest for the first time that you juice all your vegetables.
This should provide you a full strength vitamin,mineral and enzyme supply not diminished by heat.Then steam and eat the pulp to supply your colon with the proper environment for the growth of good bacteria.
The next time you order vitamin E buy the capsules of
mixed tocopherol(d-alpha plus beta,gamma and delta).
