I've been keeping an upbeat attitude and getting excited imagining me getting better and starting a whole new life but I'm so distraut and discouraged. I desperately and I mean deperately (I can't stress that enough) want to get better and it's just not happening.

Okay, I have stuck to the diet and the vitamin e treatment exactly as instructed for more than 10 days now and I have massive!!! amounts of bleeding and diarreah, also dehydration, body cramps, and muscle spasms. As I write this I have lost almost 15 lbs and I can hardly get out of bed or walk across the room.

I just don't understand what am I doing wrong? I see others are getting results why can't I? This is all I want in life...to be better, and I mean it. I am happy but so frustrated with others "curing" themselves and in my life I just can't seem to get any significant changes for the better at all no matter what I try. And, belive me I'VE TRIED ALMOST EVERYTHING!

What can I do? I want to stick to the diet but I must return back to work soon and I am just getting sicker and sicker. Yet, I am not wanting to give up on this program because I desperately want to get better.
