Oh my!!!! That comment really would have set me back if not for everyone elses comments, my main goal is weight loss. Im on day 1 and its going good because i have already changed the way i eat. I am 5ft 6in and weigh 176lbs, before i started a weight fitness boot camp i was weighing in at 189lbs. Is it okay to work out while on the fast or should i wait until im done? Im shooting for 10 days and if i can do 14 i will. thanxs to everyone who had something positive to say and to ms. negative maybe you should be looking for a forum to help you have a more positive outlook on things.
