Great job. My own 9 day went fairly smooth. I sadly always break fasts when I look in the mirror and see a thinner body than I care to see. I liked it definetly better than the lemonaid fast....hands down and pretty much across the board. Boy, I now seriously consider oranges much the better choice vs powdered absorbic acid thank you very much. Some of those old docs were right on the money. Good work J. The parasite herbs you made me are going well. Compared to the clarkia (excellent herbs) I enjoy being able to take a chug of your concotion right from the bottle. I'm getting better effects with larger consumption. Testing head to head vs fungus with your wildcrafted oregano oil. Your Red Clover concotion is easy to prepare and drink. Can't comment on it yet though. Seems subtle, if anything. Too early for comments.
