Good question Melanie.....everyone is different.... My body is very tolerant to herbs/drugs, but my husband is very sensitive, so in answer, you have to decide for yourself. Start with maybe 2 capsules of the LBB, 3 times a day and increase a bit,,,and decrease if needed. I am 5'6", 135 lbs and take anywhere between 6-9 a day and depending on my "flow" 1-3 times a day and consistency, I will add or subtract, whereas my hubby is 190 lbs, 6'2" and can only handle about 1-3 a day..........so, what are you?? :) If you are going to the bathroom 1-3 times a day consistently, without diarhea, then I think that is a good thing......but I am open to correction.
