deep sigh, even my sister, who isn't a big fan of enemas, agrees I need to do another. I guess I don't understand how my body works well enough....if my daughter gets back with a new bag in the next couple hours, I'll do one. Till then I'm just drinking liquids with powdered herbs, and the alkalizing drink. I made myself go take my daily walk to make sure everything is moving (lymph) but I have a slight headache and several little 'twinges' throughout my body. kind of joint aches. Probably all in my head?

If the choice is: celtic salt water flush now or enema in 2 hours, which would you suggest? I guess since I'm drinking the herbs, it might make sense to hold off till I can do the enema. Ugh.
