Well I noticed you are on anti depressants. These are quite toxic and throw the body terrain off. Also meat is very acidic and throws the body terrain way off as well.

I would look to a raw food diet (organic and highly mineralizing) with lots of juicing in the beginning. If you give up all poor foods (meat, grains, dairy) you will be able to add back in fruit in a month or even less.

The reason why you can't tolerate fruit is the terrain is less that optimal and injesting acidic foods like meat will keep you stuck in a loop. The way out of this loop is to balance the terrain. The best way to do this is with a highly mineralizing raw food diet (organic at minimum).

This forum is full of people who remain on an anti candida diet for years and years and miss the real tennat of health wich is to balance the biological terrain. Candida is not the enemy. If you balance your terrain, candida can no longer flourish out of control and wioll come back to a blanaced state.

Disease is due to toxicity, lack of flow and poor nutrition. Correct these and health comes back.

Also consider a series of colonics.

Look into an alkalinizing drink while you transtition to raw living foods.
