Wow, thank you for all of the wonderful advice and tips. I'm definitely going to look into flaxseed oil and hemp oil. I can't eat dairy so yogurt and cottage cheese are unfortunately not an option, but I'll look into other things. I really don't have many problems when it comes to digestion - the most debilitating symptom I experience is complete mental fogginess. I get so disoriented and confused when I'm exposed to even the most minute level of chemicals. Anyhow, I am determined to get better and I will get better. I know that it will take some time, but i'm willing to wait it out.
