One of the best things I ever bought at Walmart was a coffee bean grinder made by Braun. It cost about $15.00 three or four years ago. I never drink coffee, but have used the little grinder for seeds, nuts, bee pollen and unsweetened coconut. Its great for grinding small amounts of nuts and seeds so you can make a quick serving and keep all the fragile oils from evaporating or going rancid. THis woould be a real benefit for people with TMJ or dental problems.

I visited with a man from the (Walmart) Home Office today. Starting in October Associates will begin to get a 10% discount on all fresh fruits and veggies, that should really help you with your eating. I was in a Neighborhood Market today and noticed that Walmart is really bringing in a lot of fresh organic fruits and veggies, they even had raw almonds. Some were pretty expensive, but I thought some of the vegetables were quite resonable.
