im pretty inexpierenced but i've tried a few; the MC was damn good, my belly was protruding at the beginning of the cleasne and by the end of a 10 dayer it was pretty flat, also the SWF felt as if it was really doing it's thing, although very tough to take, i felt great towards the end of the fast..... also a did a short 6 day blessed herbs colon cleanse. I thought this was great and got black ropes out at the end, although it is too expensive and have not done it since......i've had one colonic session, which was interesting, although again too expensive as many sessions are needed to get decent results......enemas are great, especially when you are blocked, they do the trick straight away, but they dont seem to go far enough to really clean the colon.......im now on day 4 of a oxpowder cleanse and im really impressed so far, seems to be really cleaning me out, im feeling rather good over all. im taking the morless alkalizing drink at the same time so maybe this has something to with it as well, gonna keep this up unitil i finish the bottle and may get another one, i want to know how you know when the Oxypowder has done its job and cleared all the muciod plaque.....after that im gonna do the P&B shakes and see what they do....... all this is in preperation for a liver cleanse which i intend to do soon.
