You can switch from juice to water pretty easily. You can even switch from water to juice without having issues. They're very close, although water is superior, just harder to do (bigger detox).

My biggest peice of advice is make sure you're eliminating. You have got to get the junk out of your body, that it's working so hard to find and destroy.
