My prescriptions are entocorte and colozal, entocorte is steroid, colozal is anti-inflamatory. Would either of them will have negative effect on colon healing? I am planning to reduce the doze of them to facilitate the healing.Forum: Vitamin E Enema, Ulcerative Colit.

I had egg and steamed veggies for breakfast. I now have two lunches, one with steamed veggie, the other has mushroom and brown rice.. I added protein because I lost too much weight in short time since I started this procedure, majorly because diet changed to steamed veggies. I am gaining some weight now.
