I dont use Epsom Salts at all, I cant. It brings too much harm to me. I just use the 500 mgs of magnesium citrate 45 minutes before to dialate the ducts and follow up with a saltwater flush the next morning then 3 enemas the next week.

As for mini flushes, If you eat a high fiber cereal and/or and apple sauce with no sugar added after the mini flush it binds and sweeps out the toxins. Doing an enema 3 xs a week during the mini flushes is also very good. Just be sure to get the stuff out. I think the P&B shakes may work too slow so I would stick with the enemas or saltwater flush. If you want and interesting experience try 1 tbs of lecithin in a 1/2 cup of applesauce first thing in the morning. That sweeps things out good!

I have been told that the saltwater flush is ok because 2 tbs of salt cant be digested so it goes right through. You have to decide for yourself what the benefits and risks are before you try any of this stuff, right?
