Last night for dinner I ate 5 boiled eggs. I used the enema before bed and retained it for about 2 hours (was the longest I could hold it, my colon was very irritated) I feel like I did get some on the source though. I used the bathroom continuously throughout the night, about every hour. Bowel movements are very runny, no form, no blood from what I can remember.
Day 2
Breakfast: I woke up took two colostrum pills, made yet 5 more boiled eggs, took my daily meds.
Lunch: I microwaved some left over salmon along with a small amount of broccoli, baby carrots, mushrooms, and cauliflower. Used iodized Sea Salt for seasoning. I ate a very small amount of yogurt but threw the rest away, I just don't trust dairy in my system right now. I took my multi-vitamin, vitamin e 400 i.u., and vitamin C 500 mg with this meal as well.
Dinner: I am currently cooking...you'll never guess...boiled eggs, this time I bought organic to try something a little different. (vegetarian fed hen)
All I have been drinking is distilled water.
A few more questions if you don't mind Sheldon :)
I have natural fermented Saurkraut, which is a great natural probiotic, is that alright?
Can I use some mustard as a sort of dip or something else for the boiled eggs? salt gets a little bland after awhile, but if not then that is fine.
I have green pepper veggies, should I cook these?
and finally are their any type of breads/grains I can eat? Maybe a type of cereal with soymilk? Sourdough is a natural probiotic as well? What do you think?
Thanks, I'll update tomorrow :)
Kyel
