Yes I believe you are right, I had a lot of bowel movements last night I had eaten many eggs during the day so I believe that could be the cause. During the day it seems to be alright, but at night when I lay down my colon starts to cramp up and get very irritated, now I am going just about every half hour. I haven't gotten much sleep and it is taking its toll on me, however I am going to stay strong with this. I was too tired to do the enema last night so I am going to do it this morning, and see how long I can retain it.

This morning I plan on eating two left over hard boiled eggs from last night, (whites only!) and maybe some sliced Deli Turkey.

For lunch I will do fresh salmon, or fresh amish chicken along with veggies and some brown rice.

Dinner I will do just about the same as lunch and switch either the chicken or the fish, we'll see how it goes.

I will see if i can pick up some selenium capsules today at the drugstore.
