I saw a bit B again on the toilet paper and stool. Stool still formed, no visible B. I was having some canned chicken breast at lunch, and thought, it might have something to do with it. I will cut it off today. Just wonder whether proteins from egg white and salmon is good enough nutrition to the body. I am pick up a small amount of upper body practice. I am still a bit under weight, but can see growing some mucles lately. I am still walking 30 minutes per day and ~30 minutes taichi.Forum: Vitamin E Enema, Ulcerative Colit.

The doctor said that if I took predisone for 10 days, it will push me into a total remission. And I can stop it and it shouldn't produce visible side-effect and the chemistry will be gone from my system. Then I can try to heal from there. Does it make sense to anyone?
