I think you are seeing blood because your reducing your medication too fast and causing colon stress.Was the reduction amount a doctor recommendation?The bigger the hurry the longer the healing time.A good probiotic should shorten healing time.I never used one.I would wait before using soy.When you get a basic result of no blood and formed stools from which to judge other foods one at a time,you will heal faster by not adding wrong foods.Your colon can't call you on the telephone.Stay with the diet and the enema.Your team lunch just extended your healing time.
