Hey Pandiva, sorry to hear that you too are undergoing these same problems- my docs had no idea why I was getting these stones, which leads me to believe that the medical community needs to get together and do some more research into what is causing the Gallstones and not just removing the facilitaor of the problem- taking away the gallbladder only takes away the pain of the gallstones, not the underlying health problems that may be present. Oh, just a question- have you had your cholesterol checked? I got mine checked the other day and it was quite a bit higher than I would have liked (still in the good range, but not so good for a vegan) I am thinking that maybe my body (perhaps yours as well) may be manufacturing too much of its own natural cholesterol and now that the gallbladder is gone, its harder to eliminate the excess...wel just a theory- I dont know. All I know is Im sick and tired of being so heath conscious and looking like a fat slob! I have been running everyday and doing yoga and im just stuck in this fat rut! I am going to be going to a natural healer over the winter holidays, hopefully they might have some imput that the average md isnt equiped with, Ill be sure to let you know if anything is discovered that might help you with your problem as well.
