no epsom salt flush

Hi all...well, last night I tried a Liver Flush using 'natural calm' (magnesium citrate) instead of epsom salt. I've flushed many times usually using epsom or a few times with powdered magnesium citrate I got from a pharmacy. The natural calm is the same stuff (as the pharmacy compounded mag citrate), but much less amount.

In the past, especially when I had a lot of stones still in my liver, I was afraid not to use epsom because I wanted to be very sure the bile ducts were open and flexible. But I always found the epsom hard on me.

Anyway, it was a very easy flush last night and released maybe 25 stones. I didn't expect to get any out and hadn't in a long time, maybe even a year. So, I guess it's good to keep trying with maintenance now and then.

The amount of natural calm I used was :

1st dose- 1 tablespoon
2nd dose- 2 tablespoons

I also didn't have olive oil, so I used 3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil (heated to melt it) and 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil.

Not sure I would have tried no epsom when I was so congested....but once that's cleared this worked well.
