I had never heard of detoxing foot pads when my husband got some to try, from a friend.
So, try them we did.
My husband liked them, and I think he bought more, though I'm not certain that he used them regularly, or what his results were.
I believe I only tried them the once...and was uncertain what they were all about.
Then I forgot about them, only noticing if my husband brought my attention to them once in a while.
I do remember wondering about different manufactures, etc.
My conclusion, until this excellent discussion, was this...
...If they simply draw sweat from the feet, that cannot be a bad thing.
It seems the body will take every opportunity to dump toxins (whatever their nature), whenever and wherever the opportunity arises.
Then it is only for us to compare the effectiveness between brand names.
Probably by now, the brands carried by your favorite health store or practitioner will have narrowed down to a brand or two they trust.
Maybe that is the place to start.
Forgive me...I can't help this... 'foot sweaters'. (Smile.)
