I'm here!

I have only done 4 pads and I haven't noticed any difference in how I feel. They always have the same color brown stuff on them when I take them off my feet. I haven't tried any other body parts yet. I am alternating them with the magnetic clay baths because I am afraid of doing too much too fast. With the clay baths, I do notice a big difference in how I feel. I just generally feel better and have much less negative thoughts, especially anger. For two night after I did the clay bath, I was able to sleep pretty well, which ia a big deal to me. I am very interested in how your results come out. It occurred to me that it may be a color change inthe pads and not necessarily toxins. Maybe it's related to body heat? I am very curious about this, because if so many toxins were leaving my body, enough to turn the pads brown, you would think I would notice a difference in how I feel. Maybe I'm expecting too much.
