I started taking a free form amino acid supplement called platinum essential amino acids.

I actually increased the dosage of them but still these are nominal quantities to slowly boost your digestion and start utilizing the protein you consume.

However since I've gotten to the point of hormonal issues, as soon I started taking them I notice a lift in anxiety immediately -

My naturopath did biofeedback prior to that and again showed that i need plenty of proteinin my diet and I had went on a prasympathetic diet with high protein for a few months ( I loved it) - however I was not improving significantly even with digestive aids.
Urine test showed indican which tells me that the food I am takin is putrefying in the gut and creating dysbiosis.
So all the protein I was taking only made me bloated but without major improvements.

So by taking amino acids free form it's like taking pure digested protein that is easily absorbed.

I am looking to boost my intake with some hydrolized collagen as well.
