Bunky, as you saw (and laughed *bites bunky on the neck!!*), I have been easing into this life style also. It does get easier to say NO THANK YOU to the things that were part of life to us. Chocolate was a part of my everyday life! I didn't get to almost 300 pounds eating buttered bread, I loved good tasting and very bad for me foods!!! Into month 11, my body actually does SCREAM AT ME when I make really poor choices. Do everything you can do for YOU this day. Will I tell you I WILL NEVER PUT ANOTHER PIECE OF CHOCOLATE ANYTHING IN MY MOUTH? No ma'am. I will tell you it was dang easy to turn my nose up at those boxes of intoxifying boxes of double fudge brownie cake today!!! I didn't even consider having more, and there was plenty to be had. I can tell you that I hope I die if I ever consider eating another hotdawg for the rest of my life, in Apr, I ate one that tried to kill me!!!!!

As for talking to me, I'm home from work and around online appx 6pm every evening. Holler at me on yahoo! If you have a mic, we can even actually talk there (when the talkie is working ... it is, after all, yahoo!)
