Hi, I hope someone is on right now, I have been putting off my 1st flush for like a year now (been too scared) I finally started tonight, and I have only taken the Epsom Salt mix and it isnt yet time to take the oo grapefruit yet and I have been in the bathroom a bunch of times already! Is this something that happens sometimes this quick? Is there anything I should do different? I need to take oo mix in about 20 minutes. Thanks in advance for the help!Forum: Liver Flush Support
