Been a very rough month, and I have a very limited energy supply (physical, emotional, spiritual).

I'm okay, stronger than I thought, much more sensitive than I realized.

Latest conflict--church leader and church counselor, when challanged, said I wasn't "receptive" because I wouldn't go to the Mayo clinic so they could figure out what was wrong with ME. ouch. And, stubborn me, I said no, and thought some very naughty words (and I shouldn't make those kind of gestures under the desk. I'm sure that didn't help the negative energy).

The only thing I could use is : 1) the name of the minerals and phone number that I believe ..... uggghh....can't remember who recommended them, but they are out of Salt Lake City Utah.

Prayers and or positive (POSITIVE ) thoughts sent my way

For Unyquity only, others skip: this means you Unyquity. You are so powerful, if you can't think something nice, please refrain from writing anything as well. I love you, BUT. So don't be one. (yea, a butt, I can't even afford to 'butt heads" with you, kiddo.

Third: support of any kind (ie, Mayo clinic fails to help many, alernative medicine for religious leaders 101, etc, etc. And those who know, love, and were concerned about me, I had to "take off" from my home toxic environment to think things out. I'm back, and though I 'run' frequently....I'll be okay. The next couple months are going to be horendous, or wonderful Unless there is a miracle, I'm freeing myself from a toxic relationship I haven't been willing to let go of. Sigh. Makes me very sad, yet, I can't be a sacrificial lamb. Guess what--I discovered I like me, I love me, and I'm a worthy, wonderful person. A nyone who doesn't feel that way, I'm inviting (commanding) to leave my life. Ouch, that made my shoulder hurt.

Okay, this was long enough. I send my love to all those I worry about. If I could have a wish, it would be someone would compile all the advice Andreas gave me, and my number (I posted as both) and send it to me. I would but the technical details of staying well and getting "out" are overwhelming.
