Thank you. I was touched by your conern and love. I hold on to hope. Andreas had a lot of wise words for me, and I'm finally ready to accept them. And I'm learning to love me, care for me, and BE me. It sounds so simple, and it is so hard when one is tangled in the shoulds.
My newest saying, that puzzled me at first, but I'm getting a handle on is:
"What others think of me is none of my business".
Ah, to be free of judging and judgments. Life is about experiences, and not being fearful. Sometimes we hold on because of fear of the unknown. I'm taking a leap of faith, and hope that I'll be okay--because I'll be who I am supposed to me--ME. It is so hard for me to accept when I do what is best for me, I do what is best for others. I'm going to reread all Andreas advice to me, now I'm ready to listen.
