Oxypowder gives me a sense of being lighter and perhaps the oxygen makes me feel better - however I did fiber cleansing after and still got mucoid plaque out so I alternated a few times between them.

I too got very bloated all the time but completely stopped when I realized that I was eating the wrong diet for my body (touted as the healthiest diet). So after eliminating most raw foods and following a diet close to ayuerveda with cooked warm food and plenty, plenty of oils it appears that my constipation is slowly diseappearing.
I stress the need for good oils - and homemade cooked food (dr price/ayuerveda type) have done wonders - my body was cold due to the high levels of raw food and drinking water with meals because I wanted to take supplements with meal - that pretty much extinguished my "digestive fire" and bloating occurred - this feeds pathogens, and all the enzyme inhibitors in raw food can create havoc on a weak digestive system).
The only raw food I eat now is a couple pieces of fruit (naturally "cooked" by the sun) or fermented, while following Andreas Moritz general advice.
