All raw or even all vegetarian does not work for me either. From a philosophical point of view, I would love to be raw vegan. However, my body has other ideas. I do much better with cooked foods. To try and make them as healthy as possible, I steam them until just done. I also use a variety of oils. White Tiger suggested I take Sesame oil, I also use olive and coconut oils.

A lot of my research on Colosan took me back Andreas' forums. I still miss his wise and gentle advice.
