    Coconut oil supposedly helps you lose weight at a couple tablespoons per day. But if I want to gain weight, could eating very large quantities of it help me gain weight? I know someone who was taking several tablespoons a day and gained a few pounds in a week...I was pretty surprised since I didn't know coconut oil did that, but for those that want to add some weight, it may be a healthy way to do it. Thoughts?
