Hi Fledgling and thank you for your post. I always enjoy your wisdom and willingness to share your experiences. I did the Humaworm cleanse in August, although I just swallowed the capsules. I want to repeat the cleanse in January.Maybe I'll get the courage to try the tea. I have felt strangely drawn to fresh beets lately, but have not bought any since cooking is very difficult for me right now. After reading your testimony, I think I'll buy some.
I wish I was not so sedentary, this has me concerned. I have a stationary bike, now I just need the strength to drag it out where I can use it. I also have an inversion table, but with my knees locked at different angles, it is almost too painful to bear right now. Mostly I just rock up and down on it to try and keep blood and lymph flowing.
I am still experimenting with the ideal diet, it seems thins change every few weeks and what worked one month makes me sick the next. Thanks for your kind words. I am always open to any advice, most of the best help I've gotten over the years has come from fellow seekers at Curezone.
