A couple more things....

to consider.

1: Black Pepper and Wheat is an Avoid - Millet is one of the safer grains for B-Types. However, for your present condition a little Filo to eke down those other beneficials is all too bad.

2: THROW AWAY the Tums. For Calcium and Antacid change to the Calcium Citrate form {Citracal}...If you want Calcium there are plenty of better sources than Dairy and safer than supplements. Peruse a Food Composition Database:

3: As for Thyroid function eat more Okra - as this promotes proper function.

4: Don't eat Chicken. Particularly problematic for B-Types. We do better with Wild Meats and Lamb, except for fowl.

Try to eat more Brown Rice and Seafood each week.

To get more specific as to Blood-Type Diet you will want to take the Secretor Test.
Rhesus + or - isn't really too important as the BTD is concerned.
