Hello, again,

I joined this group to find information to improve my health and to
share what has helped me.

Thanks for the information on products and water filters. I will tell
people my story and what has really taken away all my fibromyalgia
pain.

Several years ago I stopped sleeping. I am married to a man with ADD
and we had 2 boys with ADD. Our family was a mess. This kids left
everything all over the place and my attempts to teach them were not
supported by my husband because he "understood" how difficult it was
for them. My husband earned the living and I did everything else.
As the boys got older my husband decided I should get a job and
also help pay the bills. I wanted to get a good job and decided
to go to graduate school first. This worked for a while, but
eventually I got overwhelmed and couldn't seem to keep up. This was a
period of high stress for me. When I stopped sleeping I went to my dr
who asked me if I had much stress in my life. Of course I said yes,
explaining my situation. Well that explains your insomnia and he gave
me sleeping pills. You will sleep when your stress calms down. He's
the dr so I accepted this.

This went on for 7 years. Over the years I saw several different drs.
and got the same response. Over the years, my health continued to
decline. Somehow I managed to graduate, but instead of going to work
I collapsed. At this point my oldest son had moved out, I no longer
had the stress of school, yet I finally had to face the fact that it
was more than stress that was causing my problems which by now had
multiplied to include teeth grinding, severe aches, EXTREME
light sensitivity, undeniable brain fog, exhaustion, weight gain,
acne, hair loss, and my old nemesis, insomnia.

Over the years I had changed drs. pleaded for help, tests, answers and
always got the same thing: its just stress and try this pill. I had
been through so many anti depressants they decided to try some heavy
hitters: lithium for manic depression, then zyprexa, a major
tranquilizer. I decided then that drs were not helping me and if I
was going to find an answer it would have to be on my own. So I tried
a lot of alternative stuff: Bob Beck's black box, the zapper,
vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, special formulas, light sound
machine, biofeedback, sleep cds, electo acupuncture, magnets. All of
this stuff helped me. Nothing fixed me.

A good friend (psychologist) told me he was sure I didn't have manic
depression. He said that was the disease du jour and he thought I had
hypothyroid. I finally went to see a a couple of expensive
specialists and demanded testing for and got diagnosed with
fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism. And I got drugs. I tried these
drugs for a while, but my body just wasn't responding. Deep inside I
felt there was a better answer than drugs.

Then I found bio resonance and energy medicine. I had to drive 2
hours to a clinic that used electic frequencies to kill parasites.
The man in charge had fibromyalgia and used the bio resonance to fix
himself. He learned from a man who had used it to cure his cancer.
One session, I was better. Third session and it was gone. In
addition they treated bacteria problems, hormones, digestion, and I
found some of the roots of my problems. To keep the immune system
strong you have to work on the roots. Stress had caused hormone
imbalances, something my drs. wouldn't test me for because I didn't
meet the "standards of care." (I wasn't old enough for the insurance
to cover the test.) I am very sensitive to chemicals and need to use
purer products. I am also sensitve to Cell Phone s and ELF ELM or the
electrical interference from telephone and electric lines, electro
magnetic fields, etc.

Am I totally healed? No, I still have some thyroid problems,
sensitivity to light, and am on a slow taper to get off the sleeping
pill that the dr. gave me. Despite the rebound insomnia from that, I
am sleeping better than before, but still not great. But I have been
going out a little bit. I actually have started grocery shopping
again! No, and I mean NO aches and pains in my back, shoulders and
neck, the worst places for me. NONE - a miracle in itself. Candida is
gone for the first time in all my life.

I know this type of cure may stretch some of your thinking. I want to
say this is my story and it helped me.
