you can take vitamin C up to bowel tolerance, in other words you can take as much as you want till you have loose stools, then back off. however!!! vit c is very acidic, you need to be taking good minerals with that like kelp and black strap molasses, thats VERY important. kelp especially.

have you looked into oil swishing for you mouth issues? LOTS of great testamonials in that forum. you can try this also - take some shredded astragalus root, and put a pinch in your mouth (tuck it in between your cheeck and gum) and suck on it. it tastes very mild, almost no taste all. but it has powerful anti bacteria and anti viral properties. you can leave it in there for as long as you like. it creates a very clean environment in your mouth.

YES! bacteria in the mouth can most definitely affect your whole system. i would start oil pulling today.

for your overall immune system i always recomend juicing and drinking plenty of ozonated water everyday.
