Things change as they degenerate, but a specie is a specie and they don't evolve into a new specie. The horse of 5,000 years ago does not look like the horses we have today, yet, their specie is still a horse. Same as a man did not come from a peice of slime, then to a fish, then man, etc. "IF" this were remotely so, then God is not in control and never has been.

This universe and a perfect time piece, more precise than man can make a watch.

Actually ever human on the face of the earth all operate based on the universe clock, we all make dna exactly in the same seconds of each minute, makes no differance of your race or where you live on the planet, we all operate by the same clock, we are as one in many ways.
